For any members currently in OK (the few that there are), Sehorn Yamaha in Shawnee is going to be hosting a Yamaha Demo Truck next Friday and Saturday (Oct. 26th-27th). After they shut it down on Saturday, they'll also have a poker run to follow. Some of the ads say that the demo truck is ATV only but I called and they said they did this last year and Yamaha brought R1's and R6's so I'm definitely going to try to ride the R6 and get my first feel of a 600.

Pretty good. Even though I ended up having an accident the Wednesday before, I was still able to make it out. The route was pretty short/low speed compared to some of the Kawasaki demo rides I've seen on Youtube but I still had a lot of fun. I test rode an R6 to get a feel for what a supersport feels like and was blown away. They had an R1 as well but the R6 had so much power, I didn't even want to try it.
