[motorcycle.com] - AMA Members Have Another Way To Show Off Their Two-Wheeled Passion

Motorcycle enthusiasts have a new way to display the pride they have for their bikes: a favorite photograph enlarged and printed on Baltic Birch plywood and ready to hang in a home, garage or other cool spot.

Called “Pride in Your Ride,” the products — created and fulfilled by AMI Graphics of Center Stafford, N.H. — were developed in consultation with the American Motorcyclist Association and offer the option of an AMA logo on each print.

“This product from AMI Graphics is a great way for AMA members to show the love they have for their motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles, as well as their pride for being a member of the American Motorcyclist Association,” said AMA Chief Operations Officer Jeff Massey.

“We specialize in large-format signage for sports and major special events, including the U.S. Olympic Committee, Minor League Baseball, the Boston Marathon and dozens of Division I College programs nationally,” said Erik Wensberg, vice president of AMI. “We have 45 employees, nearly all of whom are motorcycle enthusiasts, so we know what pride people take in the bikes they own and ride. This is a way for them to celebrate being an AMA member.”

Pride in your Ride products are available online at www.ama-pride.com. Customers can upload a photo from a smartphone, computer or tablet, customize it on the website and place an order. Photos may be vertical or horizontal, and customers can place text, borders or the AMA logo on the print. Photos also can be placed on a single wooden panel or be divided over two or three panels.

“Pride in Your Ride is a great supplement to the official AMA photo gallery at http://gallery.americanmotorcyclist.com, where the AMA archives tens of thousands of high-resolution photographs from our AMA-sanctioned events as a free service for our members,” Massey said. “Members are encouraged to download images of themselves from the gallery and then upload them to www.ama-pride.com.”

Introductory prices for the custom wood prints from AMI Graphics range from $65 to $195. Finished panels are delivered in 10 to 14 business days. AMI Graphics donates a portion of each sale to the AMA to support the sport and help defend motorcyclists’ freedoms.

“We tried to make it as foolproof as possible, so that it is easy for everyone to create a special memory of their own,” Wensberg said.
