I was wondering the same. allanoue said once we hit 1,000 posts it'll appear but surely you have well over 1,000? I see you are at 664. Better start posting more @ducatiman

Decided you'll be getting Lucy's (my '06) carbs sometime this winter. I'll have decided by then what I want you to do to them. I figure with your prices might as well tackle them before there's actually an issue. We will talk in a couple months. Hit 1,000 posts!

@taz what is that?! Wow what a bike
@Ram Jet take a look at THAT temp gauge.

That's a bike that could make the sweat run right down the back of your legs.

I'm with ya. Lose the pink and very cool bike. I might be one of the few women in the world that are just not into pink, especially on a sport bike.

I'm not much into pink, either. Purple! Obnoxious green! Yellow!

Those colors are a go. Pink? Meh.

I'm thinking the same thing, and that a Yamaha FZ-07 or a KTM690 might work. I want to do some 2 or 3 day trips to the western part of NC and VA. Although I'm sure my 250 would make it fine, I'm more comfortable on my Moto Guzzi Mille GT on long trips. The problem is that it's a 500 lb. motorcycle. It handles great for a 500 lb bike, but a 350-400 lb one would be much more fun in the twisties.

Not a bike, but definitely want!

I've been digging these new Tacoma's since they came out. Crew cab, short bed, off road style, locking rear diff, AND a manual??? Heck yeah! Still working on those school loans though and my car is more than adequate for now.

Could carry my toys around, would let me get stinky stuff out of the cabin, let me have a little fun in the dirt/snow *dreams*

This will likely be my next project bike 1981 for my birth year

This will be my next big purchase. 2012 because I really don't want to finance lol. or a ninja 650. Test rode both and it just comes down to the little things now. They both ride very similar. The R6 rides a little more aggressive and feels slightly more ballsy. Still have to test ride the Ducati equivalent before I make my final decision.

This is my birth year bike, 48' Indian. No, not 1848.

Posts: A lot.
If I could find the time, I'd tear down the aluminum-frame CR500 [street lega] dirtbike that I bought and get to work on the supermoto conversion.

That black diamond build inspired me so much that I need to duplicate it. I can't afford to go as far as the marchensisi$ forks or w/e the guy used, but damn... that thing was a piece of work.

Does anyone know if it's true that the guy who built it is no longer among the living? I heard a rumor on a forum and if it's true, RIP brother -- you created many beautiful machines and inspired many people.

Now then.... what to do about the crack in this CR500 aluminum frame.. I'll need to add some gussets. Rubber-mounting the motor doesn't seem reasonably possible.

Just batshit crazy. All his posts are endless diatribes. Some are actually entertaining but mostly batshit crazy.
