DIY Carb Sync Tool

Not pretty but works great.
The parts were cheap, but hunting down the right size bottle and rubber stopper took some time.

Hopefully this can save someone the time and get their bike running better.
The fluid is just water and blue color dye.
I will empty it so It can be shipped without a mess.

Just pay shipping.

Here is the DIY process.

I made the exact same unit, except I used mineral oil with red food color in it. the food color breaks up into small dots of color so you can see them better.

FWIW, we have a freebies thread. @CalvinAmI: Are you keeping it or would you be willing to send it on to someone else when you are done? If willing to send, I'll line up.

Awesome! I know others expressed interest before I did, so send it to one of them first.

I know that the ninja250.org guys had a loaner Kawasaki valve adjuster tool for their bikes which made the rounds but the current gen doesn't use that.

lol good luck tuning your jets. I had K&N pods and full yoshi exhaust. I pull the carbs out so many times. I can do it with my eyes closed, lol, and it still not 100%.
