finally found one
Today I found a new shop near Bangkok that had a jacket in my size
Its an Alpinstars mesh jacket with 5 point ce armour with removable back protector removable wind proof liner It fits well elbow armour in the right place and a snug fit so it don't move just a tad short on the sleeves at full stretch but will be getting long gloves so should be fine. cost 3000 Tbht thats about $100
