Draggin K-legs/K-shirt
Did a little searching and could only find a single reference to the old draggin standalone pant liner. My apologies if I totally missed something.
This seems like a "too good to be true" situation, so I figured I'd ask because I'm probably missing something here. The two products linked below seem to be kevlar shirt+pants you can wear under your every-day clothes, and coupled with knee and torso/elbow armour would make a satisfactory impact and abrasion resistant getup. https://www.dragginjeans.net/clothin...ex-detail.html https://www.dragginjeans.net/clothin...ex-detail.html Am I wrong, or am I looking at these products correctly?

I had a pair of Draggin Jeans for about 20 years before the kevlar fell apart. I never filed tested them in a crash. I would think any Kevlar underwear thick enough to provide abrasion protection would be very warm under your normal clothes.
For something to wear with normal clothes I prefer abrasion resistant mesh over pants and jacket. I have a set of Tour Master Jacket and Pants that have water proof and insulated removable liners and outer panels that I have used from everything between 20 and 95 degrees by changing which inserts I use. |
