sticking float valves.....WTH?

the last 3 sets of 250 carbs I've done ALL featured badly sticking/stuck float valves. Understandably, I get (and fully restore) some pretty bad examples but....3 in a row? Clearly establishing a trend....LOL.

Have to say I have not had the pleasure to experience so stubborn a valve. I very selfishly say that I am glad they like you more than me lol

1 carb sat for 7 years according to owner, understandably the float valve was stuck solid. But 2 more in succession? A bit unusual. Comes with the territory I guess. In the end, all is well.
