Pazzo Levers N-250

I'm looking into putting a pair of Pazzo's on the N-250. Question is what is the difference in lever lengths as to the usage on the bike. Why do some prefer short, long or clutch long and brake short. What is the advantage of this just so I can better decide on the purchase. Thanx guys...

The shorts are for people that like to two finger the lever. I bought both short. The longs are stock length.

I have the short as I felt they looked better and I figure if the bike does fall over they are less likely to get damaged. I am a pretty big guy... 6'2" 220lbs... and I still use 3 fingers on the shorty levers, just leave my pinky off.

Short levers, particularly the brake lever are useful if you one / two-finger brake and blip the throttle at the same time when braking / downshifting. You can do this with long levers too but depending on how you have your lever pull setup and such you can start hitting your ring and pinky fingers with the end of the lever.

Good point.... I do blip and find the longer lever a bother at times, didn't take this into consideration... thanx!

I have the shorty's. I am a two finger rider with short hands and like the leverage I feel I get from the shorter ones. Z

Both clutch and brake.

The Pazzos I have are adjustable in distance so if you have smaller hands it makes it easier to reach them by putting them closer to the handlebars. Likewise, you can extend them out further from stock as well. This process is accomplished by a 1-6 dial that clicks in or out using your thumb. It's so easy you can do it while riding with one hand.

Ive got Pazzo short levers on my SV-I don't see how I lived without them up until now....I have small hands and the ability to adjust the reach is key. For size, shorty or standard doesn't matter. Use what lever provides you the best comfort and stopping power for your hands.

If you have robo-grip strength=shorty levers(better control)

If you have NON Robo-grip strength=long levers (more leverage=faster stopping potential)

I purchased my levers from www.solomotoparts.com for $179.99 plus shipping. I looked around... pretty much everywhere was the same price... I got good service from solomotoparts. Good luck!

Just to add, Pazzos are made here in Canada close to where I live and the guys are great, so it's a good purchase all-around.

Sorry... double checked... there is no shipping from solomotoparts on orders over $99... so I didn't pay shipping

funny thing is, they are made in Canada, I'm in Canada, but they were cheaper shipped and picked up from a US Location, at least in my case.
