I'm interested in finding out if the other two dudes who walked over helped the rider or jumped him.

Earlier in the video you can see the bike pull up from a side street. My guess is that he cut off the cagers and maybe showed them a gesture. The other parties seem to be trying to hold back the leather jacket guy. The biker definitely has skills though. His fighting stance and dodges are proof.
