crack in odometer cover

Hi

I was picking up my Ninja 250R from having had it serviced today.
When receiving the bike I noticed a crack in the "glass" in the instrument cover, over the speedometer (+odometer). It has been damaged while at the dealership.
It's a crack, between 5-10 cm long.
The dealership called later and told that they had ordered a new part, which I believe is this one:

Guess it can't be removed from "top"? Anyway, they are hopefully able to fix it without breaking additional parts..
The previous time I had them service the bike, the front tire had been mounted in the wrong direction, which they had to fix later.
Strange things happen at places where one should expect people to be experts..
(Luckily it wasn't a family member at a hospital, this time.. )
Just venting some frustration..
P.S. Also noticed that the response when twisting the accelerator, was weak. Hopefully it will improve when I put som new ethanlo free 98 octane on the tank..

This kind of thing happens everywhere... some places worse than others. That's why I almost never let someone else do work on my vehicles.
