bike idle and throttle issue

I cleaned my pilot jets (it was clogged) and the bike is starting fine. However, if I crank on the throttle fast (open throttle), the idle drops down and bike dies. If I crank on the throttle slowly, then RPM/engine will rev up....but sometimes it won't go past 4k rpm...after about 5 mins of warm up then it'll go higher. Anyone knows what the issue may be? Thanks.

btw, it has a fresh tank of gas with all old gas flushed out. New fuel filter as well.

As the carbs and the feeding tube are the last things that you have worked on, I would verify that the diaphragms are pulling the needles up and that the feeding tube does not adopt an inverted U shape that traps air and restricts fuel flow.

Agreed, make sure they are assembled correctly, did you remove the idle, main jets, and holders and clean as well? also check for vacuum leaks.

Random question, is the OEM airbox installed/hooked up while you were testing?
