Has anyone ever put a pregen chin fairing on a gen2?

I just bought my first Ninja (2010) and some of the fairings are a little scratched up. I'm pretty into the streetfighter look, and would love to do a fairing delete, wire tuck, and make it a solo seat. Thing is, I don't like the way the headers come out so much and leave all that empty space. I've been looking at the chin fairings from the pregen models and I feel as though it would look great on my bike once I remove my fairings. Anyone have any idea how well it would fit/how much work it would take to make it fit?
