Wrecked.. what are my cosmetic options

I'm Mr. Picky and after a low speed 10-15 MPH Low side its left my bike front to back on the left side scratched and broken. I'm curious what my options are for making it look nice again. I've heard ABS Fairing but are there any good kits with tank cover? I was also told to use a wrap but seeing as in how ive got chunks busted outta my fairing something says that won't fit right.

Don't worry some of the bondo gods on this site with swoop in later and give you some pointers. Off the top of my head I think @tfkrocks had to do quite a bit of body work to her bike to get it back up and running.

I don't think my bike is currently what you'd call "nice looking" though

Expensive option: Purchase new or used parts to replace the damaged ones. This will cost, but will best preserve your resale value.

Easy option: Just ride it like it is, or with repair tape. It has become a ratbike.

Fun option: Make it naked. You just need a headlight and some turn signals, and a replacement speedo, if yours is trashed. You could also cut back the rear subframe and use a smaller taillight and smaller rear turn signals. Remove as much plastic as possible, paint the coolant tank black, and there you go. The 250 can benefit greatly from the weight reduction, anyhow. I've also seen some nice cafe racers made from newgen 250s.

My main concern about the naked bike is you go down again you don'thave fairings any more which means radiator damage engine damage ect

Be positive...

Been down, done that...

Why would you want to go down twice? Once is not enough?

If you have to lay her down again, do it now since she's already scraped...
