Carb Diaphragm Accident!
Well I noticed that after I put my bike back together from fine tuning the carbs it started to act really funky so I once again pulled the carbs back apart and when i got the the diaphragms i found this:
A while back i remember having a hard time making this diaphragm fit. If you look close you can see that is is warped for some reason, i have no idea how it happened but there goes $120  . I was just wondering if this caused a vacum leak, because the choke lever barely did anything to the idle and after a minute or so the bike would just die. It seemed to run fine but just a few small problems caused me to investigate.

Looks like it got pinched during the install. You may be able to reshape it with some heat but start looking for a new one. Ronayers.com

yeah i already ordered one but its gonna take a week and a half to get here and it cost me $130. I really wish these bikes were fuel injected. But i'm just curious if this pinch caused a vacum leak and made the bike run wierd?
