spark plugs

hey guys im wondering what people have found work good for plugs on these bikes. ive got a 08 250 that just turned over 18,000 and she is starting to run a little rough. so im going to do a full tune up and such.

use the stock NGK recommended plugs. cheap and effective. they've lasted you 1800 miles.

have your valves ever been adjusted?

i took it in at about the 8,000 mile mark had it all checked out and they checked them and said they were fine.

you do know the valves should be checked every 7,500 miles? you're due again. that could be the reason for the rough running.

no i didnt know that. the tech at the shop i bought it from said if at the first checkup they were fine i shouldnt have a issue. is there a fourm on here that explains what needs to be done?
