Unfortunately Photobucket doesn't like your attempt to use them for a third party host without paying them.

what does that mean? i have a photobucket account(free one) and have used it for years.

Photobucket recently changed its policies in a major way. They no longer allow "third party hosting", which is what we do when we upload a photo to Photobucket and use the "img" tags to make it show up in a post. They now want $300/year for that ability, so most people are finding alternatives.

They're systematically blocking third party hosting, but it seems they didn't do it all at once. The photos I've posted that way are still showing up. My guess is that they're working their way through their millions of accounts, starting from the most active and working their way to the least active.

Their Facebook page has plenty of negative comments from angry users who found that all the photos they've posted for many years on boards and in blogs, etc, don't show up any more.

It's taken me month, I've finally downloaded all my photos off Photobucket deleted my account . bastards!!!
