I'm a fan of Walk Off the Earth and particularly of Sarah Blackwood. A couple more great covers for your enjoyment:

They get written off as a cover band, but their arrangements are amazing, as is the originality of their videos. Their original stuff isn't bad either. And each of them play about 10 different instruments well. Amazingly talented. Gianni (the guy in braids) is more than a musician, the guy is a freaking wizard.
