On the ninjette, I don't think the rear brakelight flasher I'm running is fully legal. It's supposed to blink 3 times and stop, and I have it configured to keep blinking instead. I'm not sure if it's a DOT rule or a California rule, but I think it's out of compliance. The HID I run on the BMW is unlikely to be DOT approved.

i was just kidding..loL! altho i bought my bike new from the dealer, in DE new vehicles automatically get a 5yr tag.. so it doesnt need to be inspected again until 2016

quick noob question, do you need to do the diode mod for hid conversion? I replaced the flasher relay after installing my hids, but after Irene hit the relay died and leaked orange stuff

Nope afaik just when you have led flashers front and rear
