I know that many RC pilots use Greyhound for big RC airplanes with up to 80 cc engines and that some have been lost in the way.

UPS in a big cooler. You can box the cooler too if you want.

I used DHL a long time ago to ship a honda civic motor from Cali. I think I paid like $125-150.

UPS freight? How much do they weigh???
I can send a 4t enduro engine across country for under $100. I shipped a whole bike in 3 bicycle boxes halfway for $175! |

Can't be, can it?
Did you sell it or getting it built? If built, the builder should have experience shipping them. I've wrapped an engine in heavy bubble wrap, rolled in it, then heavy box and lots of packing tape. I don't even know if these will fit in a big cooler but that is a safe package for sure. Just add lots of bubble wrap, or empty, sealed water bottles work great too. |

I think one guy is selling and another buying. If they can figure out a shipping cost then a deal may insue. I will get an exact shipping weight Monday , as I think there will be an engine sitting on the floor at my shop by about 9 am!
