Wow, you make me jealous, I have spent a lot more money and I am not anywhere close to this. Good job.

Oooh! What's the seat/tail setup you have going on there? I think the tail of the ninja is probably the hardest part to prettify.

The tail took a little imagination to make it look "cafe" and keep it cheap. I started by
Cutting the rear frame off at the tail light tabs, then i cut the top rear subframe bar off right behind the upward bend, then cut off the bend and welded the top bar back on straight. And trimmed up the excess of the lower bar. I then carefully stripped the seat pan and cut it right behind the seat latch brackets. The rear "bum stop" tail section is an old 3/4 helmet that i pulled the insides out of and cut a little off of the bottom and the front, then cut a hole in the rear and put a round parts store trailer light in it. I then used the threaded holes on the seat latch bracket to connect the front of the rear hump to the seat. I then trimmed the edges of the seat pan, cut the seat foam to length, put it back on, then used the longest wood sawzaw blade i had to trimm it up and sand paper to smooth it to give it that flat thin look and reused the seat cover. Turn signals are farm supply bullet trailer signals, headlight is a "7. Headlight and bucket out of a 70s ford truck modified woth a homemade bracket. Any other questions, just ask
