IS the rear shot available and do you think it would fit the ninja 250 ?
or should I just go with a better upgrade? price? and condition of rear brake?

EX500 shock is same as '86-87 EX250 shock!

Get one of GSXR shocks. I came up with easier way to install without hacking up frame or shock (see last post).

I'd say about 7.5-8.0 for street use. If track racing, 8.0-8.5. I use 9.0 spring for track and I'm 180-lbs.

I'm looking into some ways to fit bottom without hacking up shock. I think sleeving linkage bushing or replacing bushing to accept 10mm bolt should do. Then we'd have plug-n-play GSX-R shock installation.
