Did I miss something?

So when did "Alex Allmayer Beck" change to "Sailariel"?

Is there a story behind this?

Ryan, No real story. There were three Alex`s on this forum. I even got confused--It`s Ok since I will be 67 in a few days. Checked with Alex (the main guy) as opposed to Alex (the Maine guy) and it all made sense. It may not be the perfect solution, but it is the perfect whatever it is.

She has not been charged yet.

Dang dude. We only make national news when there is a church shooting or a fly ash retention pond problem. It's horrible to hear that but it is an interesting story.

Theres a Vietnam memorial here in Pensacola, suppose to be the only other permanent wall other than DC. We went by there a few nights back, was kinda dark...... But looked real nice, WWII & also a subsurface memorial. Been meaning to take the bikes out for a ride & stop by and take some pics.

They increased my VA disability from 60% to 100%. My disability now has two wheels and is Green. I got the bike last June. It has to be one of the nicest engineered bikes I have ever seen or ridden, for that matter. Kawasaki hit a home run--and they didn`t do it on steroids.

Ryan, The authorities were wise to this Turkey for quite some time and were about to bust him. Fortunately his wife shot him--which gave the State Police probable cause to go in. At no point was anybody in the general population at risk. For a little town, we have an outstanding police department.

I'm really not that concerned, just thought it was an odd story, but you can find them everywhere. Actually up there is probably better than down here. There are a lot of crazies in the world.

Mirrors?

Alex;
This is a little off subject, but what kind of mirrors are those on your bike?

Chris, The mirrors are ones for the ZX10R. There is a section on mirrors on this forum where I posted the parts numbers from Parts Unlimited. These mirrors stick out about an inch and three quarters farther and give me better rear vision. If you look under Pictures in this forum and look at the one on Monster Graphics, you will see where adjustable blind spot mirrors were applied to the mirrors (try it on the stock ones first) They cost a whopping $2.00 at Wal-Mart.

How did you mount those 2 extra running lights?

The lights are not heavy at all--so I put a rubber washer between the light mount and the fairing. I used the existing fairing bolt on the mount. The lights come with very good instructions. I wired mine directly to the battery. The switch is mounted to the front of the tank with Industrial Strenght Velcro--made by 3M. Bulbs are available in any hardware store. They are 55W Halogen track light bulbs. The one recommendation I will make is to use some Loctite Blue around the bezel because they tend to vibrate loose and go flying where they can`t be retreived. Don`t ask me how I know. Lights are available at Wal-Mart for $16. Price includes all the wiring and a lighted switch. Hope that info helped.

Hmmm I might have to look into getting some extra driving lights. Seems like I'm always riding in the dark, and while the stock lights are pretty good, some more wouldn't hurt.
