tire alignment
How can you tell if the wheels are aligned with each other? Would the bike wobble?

why would they be out of alignment? you can straighten the rear by looking at the alignment markings on the swing arm.

Because I adjusted the chain tonight. So is the marks are on the same line the wheels are aligned.

you need to make sure each side is on the same mark.

If the rear wheel is not aligned you will get vibration, varying from left to right, at low speed.
You will also get uneven noise from the chain. Also remember the chain should be adjusted from the tightest point, the wheel should spin freely once adjusted |

That's why I always use my fingernail and count the threads exposed on the adjuster. |
