Tour de SoCal March 14-18
Riding down from the S.F. Bay area today(Thursday) Via Hwy 33 into Ojai then Simi Valley. I'll be tackling this route on Friday then heading back to Simi Valley or possibly Tustin depending on late it is and traffic conditions. Then on Sunday I may be up for a couple hour ride if someone want to join me for your favorite route. If you want to join me on any of these days for part of the route your more then welcome to.

Got a late start so instead of deal with San Jose traffic I rode over Hamilton instead
 now I'm in Carmel heading down hwy 1.

mesa grande is my favorite road btw. but you are taking it in the wrong direction!! much better going the opposite way.
such beautiful view going the other way also. plus its down hill... really theres almost no point going the direction you have on your map. the outside is kinda lame... i suggest taking it up mesa grande and when you clear the twisties and are in the res, just turn around and start heading back to the cafe on the corner of mesa grande and the 76 (well, center loop or whatever the hell it is)
