Exhaust hanger

Hi all, Here is my lastest product for our beloved ninja 250r. It make from 3mm stainless steal. It is for single rider, later i will come out with 2 rider exhaust hanger to replace the original stock. What do you guys think? Any ideas or suggestion?

Thanks bro, currently i just make it on stainless steel so it wont able to coating it with colors. Later i will try it on mild steel and coat it with colors.

I think that will look great if it was powdercoated black and matched the frame.

Later i will try do power coating on the hanger and show you guys the photos.
All done by laser cutting. Yes i do have the bracket with the ninja logo for the other side. If anyone worry bout the trademark infringement, i can change it to other words even if you want to put your name on it. There also a design for 2 seater type of hanger but still in the process of making it. Thank you for ideas and suggestions.

I think I will be interested in some powdercoated 2 seater hangers in the future, after a few other mods I have planned.

I wasnt worried about infringement I was wondering If you should be thats all.
I like the part alot and wouldnt want to see kawi coming after you for it...I dont think they would but who knows.

this is still under testing mode, in the future i will change the ninja word to other type of logo or user can decide what type of logo they want.

I'm interested in what the 2 passenger exhaust hanger looks like, I'll be waiting for pics and what not. if you want to put a new word on there instead of "ninja", you could put a sweet looking "250R". just a suggestion. keep 'em coming man!

Yeah. At the customer request is probably a better route than as standard.

I am sorry for my inaccurate statement, actually powder coating can be done on stainless steel but not paint coating. If need to do paint coating, i have to use mild steel.

Thanks all, i will keep in mind for all your ideas and suggestions and thanks again. Let me finish the extender orders and deliver them 1st then only i have time to put the 2 passenger exhaust hanger and the single passenger bracket to my friend bike and take photos to post it here. I do this as a part time income and hobby as i have my own permanent job. I very sorry for the delay. I will try to post the photos by tuesday.

Yes, no problem at all, just email me the design you want and i do it for u. It can be done on single or both rider hanger.

The distance between those two bolts is 10cm.

The price for the hanger is USD55 excluded the shipping cost. I not able to ask the price for the shipping due to local post office is close on saturday and sunday.

I need the code colors for our ninja to powder coat it, can anyone help? Just for the matt black, it have few codes as well. I will let you guys know ASAP for the passenger pegs.
