How to replace the throttle cable?

Haven't been posting much lately. Got another job, semester began, and my computer broke.

But, I did finally find some time to fix my broken throttle cable. I just can't seem to get it back on. I can't find any resources on this, either. The issue I'm having is that no matter how many times I try, the right control thing with all the cables and parts wont close up. Anyone else have this issue?

Also, I noticed my right handlebar wiggles a little. Any advice on that?

Thank you.

I found the same problem you are having when I disassembled the throttle housing. It helps greatly to enlist another pair of hands, give your assistant a small screwdriver or a piece of stiff wire to hold the cable in the groove inside the housing while you attempt to put it back together. Just try to be patient, it really is a pain in the rear to reassemble, it just takes a little time.

I tie a string where the cable attaches to the carb to the end of the old cable. When you pull the old cable out, you can use the string to pull the new cable into place and it is routed properly with no binding. I believe there is an Allen head bolt that tightens the handlebar to the bracket. Snug this up if the bar is loose. Using some blue threadlocker will help ensure it doesn't come loose again.

Check this out:

Like the base of the handlebar is loose respect to the triple?
