08 Ninja 250 track build

Starting to work on my 250R I bought this winter. I've got a few boxes of parts to start putting on it. I need to safety wire and get it prepped for racing. It's been 20 years since I've done this. I need to figure out what I want to use for a front master cylinder and which tires I want to go with.

I think for tires I'm going with the Bridgestone BT-003. I was just wondering if I should go with 110 or 120 on the front.

build . . .

I use the BT-003s with 110 front and 140 rear. It weighs less than a 120.

Go springs first, then drop in emulators or intimidators if you need more fine tuning. I went 10w oil but that may not work for you. Additionally, if you hit up different tracks that require you to adjust your suspension, preload adjuster caps may allow you to adjust it enough to get by without much hassle.
