Did 150 miles today

I feel like forrest gump saying this but i just felt like riding. Ended up going to my old college campus that's about 30 miles away, then took some back roads, etc. It was a nice haul. Was going to take more pictures but just had too much fun riding. Stopped once to have lunch and got to talk to a couple other bikers. It was a good day.

Below is the only pic i took today along the crooked road. More about it here if any of you are interested

Looks like a lot of fun! I'm curious what plays on the radio staion, must be interesting to listen to as you cruise along the trail.

It's most likely country and bluegrass. Static would be better.

i'm not liking the way the bike looks. It looks fine at a distance but up close there is a lot of bad places of paint. I think I'm going to streetfighter it.

Go right ahead and ask me any questions, I know I already informed you of that. I just mean the frame and engine covers look clean. The guts of the bike look good from that picture.

Yeah all the guts and stuff are in good shape. Just shoddy work on the paint by the last owner. It mostly sat around from what I gathered from him. Had a little over 6000 miles on it and it's a 04 lol

I thought about plasti dipping them. I might take them off and try that and if not satisfied just start the build instead. can't decide which look I like better yet.

I wouldn't waste my time time on plastidip unless you intend on going back to the current state. If you're rattle canning do it with real paint.

Thank you!

A few of my friends really like the way it looks as well. I'm just on the fence about it all. I'll def take more pics next time. I did do a short video with my helmet cam mounted to my chest. I guess i could get a few stills from it.
