300 cc racing series

Did everyone see this? World Super Bike announced a new 300cc (actually anything under 47hp) racing class.

I'm stoked cause this will be draw more attention and development into smaller bikes.

So how will this work? I mean how can a Ninja 300 compete with a CB500R?

With a copy of the rule book.

There are RPM and Weight limits on the various bikes to try and keep things equal.
