Ninja 250 Paint Job Ideas
Hi, I havent even bought the bike yet and I am planning on modifications.
What I would like to do is paint it orange and black, using the same orange as on the old focus ST. I would do something like this, but with the red bits orange. I will most probably be getting the long Area P exhaust aswell, providing they can ship to the UK. (I think this bike belongs to someone on here, as I read the thread about you sending it off to area P) Also, does anyone know where I can get reflective/glow in the dark wheeltape (preforably orange ) or Kawasaki/Ninja logos? Cheers for your help. |

Yea, where did that come from?
The orange will be slightly more ford focussey, and the wheels will be left black only with orange tape, but nice pic. Does anyone know of ideas price wise to get it done professionally? And how hard is it to try something like this myself, I understand there will be a lot of sanding and patience involved. I would be able to rent/borrow/steal the equipment somehow. If this is your first bike I would hold off on painting, given the increased risk of dropping the bike and ruining the paint.

You've made some nice designs there it's giving me some ideas...does a lot of effort go into it?
And due to the UK bike licensing, I've been driving a 125cc for 6 months, I've passed the full liscense now so I can drive up to 33hp for 2 years, then it's fully unrestricted. So i have learnt some basics about riding a bike. |

I paid 200 dollars to have one of my fairings painted red. Now your talking paint your whole bike and not just one color, you want custom work. Im guessing like 600 bucks if not more. Im not sure what that is in Euros but thats just my guess. Have you tried going to a body/paint shop and just talking to them yet?

You might want to consider vinyl instead of a custom paint job.

I haven't done any proper research yet as it was just an idea, Il go somewhere and get a quote then, but from what you have said it doesn't look like it will be cheap.
That repsol design Vince has made might be worth the money though |
