Unhappy Help

I'm missing the bottom part of what is circled in red, does anyone know the name?. It's intact in my left carb but the right carb just has a hole in it instead. The bike has run twice before but overnight it won't start again. I'm really trying to fix this 250 without a mechanic since I don't have money to pay a professional. http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=8982d87

Looks like part number 16017 is missing from that carb. It's the seat the needle rides in, and the bike won't run well without it.

I really appreciate the help! $24 seems a bit steep for such a tiny piece of metal. I guess I'll have to buy a used carb since that's not the only thing wrong with it lol.

maybe bits unscrewed and are in the float bowl

It looks like that part, which I think is the needle jet, is held in place by the main jet holder which threads upward into the carb body. Worth looking in there.
