Zombieland

Hrmmm....I'm kinda surprised that I'm the first one to post about this...but here goes my review for Zombieland:

Best. Movie. Ever.

Seriously....one of the best comedies in a long time.

It was really good. One of the few movies that I have felt worth the money I paid.

Good movie, but to become a classified as a great movie I must be willing to pay movie theater prices to see it again. That, I will not do. will I rent it? probably. Will I copy it for my collection? probably. Its good enough to kill an hour and a half on a rainy day.

Loved it. Seen it twice. Might see it a third time = )

But I'm a pretty big zombie-movie fan so... I would have liked it even if it was terrible.

One of my favorite parts was in the beginning when he was in the parking lot running away from the zombies then drops his keys to the car so he has to run another lap and gets back to his car and sees the door was unlocked the entire time. Great stuff.

YES! Twinkies....I forgot about those. I, too, love a good twinkie....and the only thing that turns me off of a snowball is the colour.

Funny movie imo. Twinkies are awful, I'd rather the snoballs..minus the pink.

Just saw it tonight. The "attempt to be cool on the motorcycle" scene had me in tears

Here it is...
Newnan_GA.jpg

S. Court Square and E. Broad Street in my Hometown of Newnan, GA. This is literally yards away from where I practically lived at my brother's apartment (until the VERY end of 2008). Yeah, I was still there when they were filming it. I wonder why other scenes are filmed in places with palm trees... DON'T ANSWER THAT! I'll just have to go see it.

OK, finally saw it and liked it. Someone lit up a doobie in the theater so I got my money back (not like I didn't enjoy the movie but... DAMN! $18 for a matinee?!).
