Arrow I slit open my wrist tonight

Those dang soup can lids!

Went kind of deep, but got the bleeding under control very quickly. Now time to sweat on the bicycle and enjoy the wonderful stinging sensation.

How'd manage that? I guess I can start riding to Memorial Park since I live closer to it. Missing Anthills though.

You should take up motorcycling again. Real life is dangerous.

lol

Yeah, I should mention that to my wife. I was using the stud finder to find where to install a shelf. I was going to mount a shelf to place some of my cycling maintenance items. An open soup can that was going to be used as a little project was sitting on my tool box. My hand came down and slapped it. Meh, all is well.

Just got back from the ride, just over an hour long and maintained a HR of around 125. I was just trying to stay in the "fat burning zone". Honestly I feel that is a bunch of crap. Intervals are the true fat burning zone. lol

It has been a while since I have took my bike out, so maintaining a slower pace is good.

I actually prefer MP over Anthills. I guess since that is what sparked my MTB craze...

I imagined you trying to scoop soup out of the can with your hand like you'd never seen food before. How you'd fit your hand in the can and why you wouldn't just drink it are unimportant details when you have an imagination. lol

Get one of those new type can openers. I cut myself about a year ago and bought the kind the cut around the side and is so much safer.
