$5 brake pads!

D2Moto.com has brake pads for $5.

For the new gen they have a double pack that they are selling as front and rear for $10 but they also have single packs of either front or rear (identical) for $5. They are organic and not sintered so I would advise against installing them on the front.

For the pregen they only have a "front" brake. I'm pretty sure it had different front and rear brakes. It's not sintered (organic), so you may not want in on this.

They have flat shipping. I think it's $5.99 per order, so get some grips or something while you are there to make it worth it.

There is a returning customer code that always gets you 15% off but they regularly have codes for up to 40% off so that may be worth looking into.

Sorry for the ignorance, but what's the problem for not being sintered?? What's that?

Quoted from the ninja250.org website:

Kevlar/organic pads are very soft and don't have good bite. This makes them great for rear brakes, but poor for the front.

I think sintered is when they bake in little metallic bits. That said, I have used organic EBC brand pads on the front out of necessity and they seemed about as good as cheap Sixity brand sintered pads.

I did a google search on these and the consensus seems to be:
1. guy posts on forum mentioning cheap price
2. skeptics say they will wait till they hear someone else try and review them
3 .end of thread

any good reviews out there?...they seem to undercut every other manufacturer by a pretty big margin

Even a review on just the brand would be nice. Doesn't have to be the 250 pads.
