5 - 7 inch piece of bent metal on my bike

It's a 2012 250r. It's attached to the left (if you're looking forward while sitting on the bike) side of the radiator at the top. When I was taking apart the front assembly I saw wires were held to it via some rubber pieces.

What is that?

EDIT: Never mind, I'm going to have to take a pic. I'm seeing several pieces that look like it on the parts diagram but I'm not too sure.

Sounds like the horn mount. Do you have a picture? Does your horn work? ;-)

(Assuming I'm talking about the right piece of metal) It's a bracket that connects from the frame to the front fairing stay. This bracket is just there to guide the wires from the bike to the headlights and to the dash.

That sounds like the one! It wasn't connected to anything besides the radiator and it had wires following it which were held down by several rubber mounts.

Should I bother replacing it or just do my own thing with it? It's bent in, if it's just for the wires, I s'pose I could bend it back the way it needs to be.

@mgovern I was looking at that on the parts diagram, at first I thought it was but I don't think it's the one.

Man, I should of really posted after I took a pic. When I get home from work, I'll do it.
