New member 250 for Track days - Georgia

Hello all,
I have lurked this forum for a while. I recently picked up a 2009 250R to make a track bike. The only substantial change so far has been race fairings and tires, I think suspension is next. This site is a great resource.

@jzjames for the keyless ign switch you need a switch and the correct resistor... i think its 300ohm, i forget. two wires on one side of the switch, one with the resistor, and the other wire on the other side.

When you say track, I hope you mean Jennings or Little Tally. Anything else in the area is too big.

Thanks for the warm welcome and the clarification on the ignition. I haven't gotten around to the ignition yet. All kinds of prep to do. I'll be sure to report back when I get it done.
As for tracks, I have been to Roebling and VIR neither straight was too long, but maybe it will be once I get faster. I'll get around to gearing eventually. I am still running stock for now.
