Camcorders

So, to those that vlog their rides, what do you use? More importantly, anyone have experience with this? http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/produ...2dbaede75den02

I have yet to read some reviews, but I figured it'd post this up first.

I'm not particularly interested in the GoPro ones. It'd probably suck to hold if I ever want to use it off-bike, like at a party or something.

The lady at the store says the Playsport could only last me 30min. That'd suck imo.

I don't really need a high-quality one. Just something that's not uneasy on the eyes. I just want something to capture some nice rides, and more importantly, as some sort of insurance. I wouldn't mind proof that I wasn't speeding if someone ever decides to change into my lane and hit me lol

I'm picking up an 808 #11 keycam. It records 720p HD and can run for about 45minutes on a charge. I'm buying it because it can fit inside my helmet, and weighs about 15g. I'll give you a review when it comes in, but it'll probably take another week or two since it's from Hong Kong. I also picked up a kodak playsport fisheye (180 degree) lens to use with it.

There are vids on youtube if you want to see the video quality just look for "808 HD" or "808 #11"

I use the water proof Xacti. Battery latest an hour. Does video and photos.

I'm considering getting the GoPro. Battery life is close to 2hr since it doesn't have an LCD screen to suck the power.
