Reminder to Wear Gear

This is what can happen with jeans as riding pants. I do it sometimes on short rides, maybe you do it sometimes too, but we all have to accept the possibility that this can happen when if we don't wear our gear.

WARNING---GORE!!!

Reminds me of when my stepsister punched a window and cut open the top of her hand. It was a total laceration and it didn't start bleeding for like 5 minutes and you could see her tendons and everything. It was way cool. Wish I got a picture.

Superglue! It'll be fiiine. @Roark pretty off topic haha but it's referring to martial arts tricking. There are two different terminologies recognized by the community. One is called mainstream the other is TKT, or true kick terminology. Mainstream is nicknames and slang for tricks, tkt identifies takeoff, rotation and kick type in the name of each trick. Not many people use tkt as it is confusing without studying it. You can equate it to guitar tabs vs music notes. The photo is from a scene in the matrix where Neo says "I know kung fu".

* pokes Nick *

Buy some protection for your legs @nickjpass! No need to put yourself through the horrors of skin grafts. Ideally get some abrasion resistant trousers with knee and hip protection too. Do it today! Go to a store and buy some on credit if you have to. Even a cheap pair is better than nothing. My protective trousers are pretty cheap. They're the pull-over type, so I can wear them ontop of whatever clothes I have on. Don't screw up your body while you're young!

If there are lots of squids in your family or around you that make squidding-out seem normal and ok: ignore them, they're idiots! Their purpose is to record themselves being idiots so the smart-people can enjoy watching them fail. It's much more comfortable and fun being one of the smart people.
