Unhappy USPS Wth??

Hey guys, whats up?

I ordered somethin off amazon, and it was shipped VIA USPS. I pressed the tracking info on it and this is what i got:

Date Time Location Event Details
February 23, 2012 02:48:00 PM Boca Raton Delivered
February 23, 2012 09:58:00 AM Boca Raton Out for delivery
February 23, 2012 08:19:00 AM Boca Raton Arrival Scan
February 23, 2012 03:27:00 AM West Palm Beach Departure
February 21, 2012 05:41:00 PM Tucson AZ US Departure Scan
February 21, 2012 --- Tucson AZ US Departure Scan

It says Delivered, but there was no package in the mailbox, nor at the door step!

This happen to anyone? What should I do?

Funny I rarely order off Amazon but a few times I had a strange third party shipping company (LaserShip) deliver my package. It was a regular guy (no uniform) driving his own car with a trunk full of packages, and had me sign a sheet on a slipboard with a bunch of names and addresses printed on it. Then when they actually did ship it out via USPS I had the same thing happen to me twice where it said it was delivered (once the tracking information said it was delivered ot the wrong zip code) and there was no sign of the package anywhere and it wasn't left outside. After contacting Amazon the first time they Overnighted me a replacement and the second time they refused to send me a replacement until 30 days after it claimed it was "delieved". About 2 weeks later the original package miraculously appeared.

Contact Amazon and hopefully they will overnight a replacement and not give you the 30 days runaround.

Amazon is well known for their amazing customer service. Contact them and be civil. Chances are they'll cover it and expedite shipping.
