250R OEM parts, jacket, rear stand - SF South Bay Area

Hi All. Bike was sold, but have some leftover parts which may prove useful others out there, even a rear stand. Local sale highly preferred, too lazy to ship lol.

Trying to get rid of them but reasonable $ offer(s) appreciated.. What I have left are in these pics https://drive.google.com/folderview?...UU&usp=sharing.

Parts:
-Rear seat
-left rashed fairing (perfect spare for a trackday, I speak from self experience)
-left rashed rear fairing (perfect spare for a trackday, I speak from self experience)
-Windshield (spray tinted & added a black 'Kawasaki' sticker)
-left mirror (don't have the extended arm but I do have mounting bracket if you need)
-chain off a low mileaged just needs cleaning (bought as a spare to replace mine.. never got to using it)
-rear sprocket off a low mileaged just needs cleaning (bought as a spare to replace mine.. never got to using it)
-front brake line w/ bolts
-front sprocket cover (don't have bolts)

Gear:
Alpinestars leather Letterman jacket (New & unused) size Med.

Text works best 4O8.982.7281.

Actually I may have to locate that part once more. I thought I had it but need to check this weekend.
