HELMET HOUSE NEWS: Stolen Bronze Statue "The Ride" Returned To Helmet House

Helmet House, Inc., one of the United States' largest power sports apparel and gear distributors and manufacturers announced today their bronze statue "The Ride, " stolen in 2003.CALABASAS HILLS, CA: Helmet House, Inc., one of the United States' largest power sports apparel and gear distributors and manufacturers announced today their bronze statue "The Ride, " stolen in 2003; was returned to Helmet House by Los Angeles Sheriff detectives who've been working the the theft case. "The Ride" was among the first projects of the "Art in Public Places" program in the city of Calabasas. The statue was the work of noted sculptor Steve Posson and art director Liselotte Bjorck-Posson. Posson is well-known to motorcyclists as the creator of "Glory Days", the highly regarded theme sculpture that is the center piece of the Motorcycle Hall Of Fame Museum at AMA headquarters in Pickerington, Ohio.
