I don't know if anyone else can tell but I did not see the ups brake lights light up. Still the rider should have been paying more attention

Yeah they were up he just wasn't looking at them lol

I wouldn't be surprised if he was high, it took him some time to react and brake even when he looked in front of him and saw the stopped truck

I thought the whole world already knew that UPS trucks make lots of stops. Apparenly we've now found the one guy who didn't know that information, and he's been made aware of the situation. Problem solved.
