2007 Ninja 250 Service Manual

Anyone has a link to a service manual ? I need to check 2 things please ...

Thickness Spec recording of Clutch Metal Plate [Not the Friction Plate]

Orientation of Metal Plate .. which surface faces towards bike and which surface face away from the bike [towards installer, i.e. you]

Thanks !

Also I can't figure out what this part means. This photo is from the 2008 service manual.

Eric - are you referring to the "A" , "B" , "C" , "D" thickness? If so, i scratched my head on it and couldnt figure out what the manual is wanting us to check. The tabs will fit in either of the tooth spacing. The block sizes are different yes .... but what is the manual referring to being narrow & wider?

Ohh and the A,B,C,D,E,F gear marking table is for another reference. check Page 6-9.

All i did was align the U notch (2 on each friction plate) and install them. From the other 2007 DIY Clutch Install, the 2008+ do not have any "horse-shoe" stamping for orientation.

Ok - Are these OEM ? ... can you measure the friction plates as well. [when measuring friction plate, include the block]

It will take me 2 hours to reach home and upload the pictures and current measurement.

Found the manual. Looks like there is no mention of orientation of the face plate. Neither there is thickness spec for the plate. I will post my current specs in other thread.
