Arai - Japan
Zox - ?
Scorpion - China
Joe Rocket - China
Bell - Bell's Ultra, Pro, and Racer helmets are made in the USA
KBC - China
Vega - ?
Shark - Thailand
Icon - China
AGV - Italy
Shoei - Japan
Nolan - ?
Suomy - Italy
Akuma - American company, but their helmets are made in China

I just looked inside some of my helmets:

Arai: Made in Japan
KBC: Made in China

pretty sure AGV is Italian.

And I always thought KBC stood for Korean Bucket Company.

AGV also has a low-end made in China.

Wouldn't surprise me if most of them are made in China. Many companies are outsourcing manufacturing into Asian countries because it's so cheap.

Akuma is an American company, but their helmets are made in China.
