Riding in Mexico

Any Riders in Mexico here? Specifically Mexico City? Just wondering if the traffic is really bad as everyone says it is and riding a sport bike is practically impossible or too dangerous even if you're careful.

I visited there on a vacation, insane drivers.
Its pretty much like Moscow or large European cities, whatever goes as long as you dont kill someone. And then that only matters if a cops around.

I actually enjoy the outlaw (or lawless) mentality.

You have to be aggresive. I rode a scooter in Mexico(first two wheel thing I ever rode, my mom was on the back) and it was pretty damn crazy. Driving there is crazy, but not impossible. Just be very careful and on your game

More than traffic you have to worry about the drug gangs cutting your head off and putting it on a spike Medieval style.

The problem with the cartels isn't as prominent in the interior, but rather the northern border. Regardless, you are probably right.

all of the outskirts are fine however you don't want anything "nice" with you. Gun up in Tijuana if your riding the country, and don't leave the main roads or Mexico, your just a meat stick for target practice nowadays.
