Welder in Central New York

Anyone know of a good welder in the Central New York area that may be able to weld a gas tank. I know the dangers involved with welding a gas tank, I'm looking for a reference.

Just go to any local welding shop and they'll probably do it for $75

I've called a bunch of local welding shops and so far noone wants to touch a gas tank. I'm sure there's at least one out there, but I'm having no luck with the yellow pages so far. One shop said they would give my number to a couple of his guys that are bikers and may do stuff on the side.

If you post in the garage on ADVrider.com, you'll get a bunch of people knowledgable about welding gas tanks with recommendations and probably offers to do it.
Whenever I work with sparks and flames on a gas tank, I drain the gas out, and then flush with 91% isopropanol ($3 at a pharmacy). Isopropanol mixes with the gasoline to wash out the explosive fumes left behind, but the fumes it leaves, while flamable, aren't very dangerous.

Maybe a radiator repair shop? If I was still in NY I'd hook you up. Maybe check craigslist. There should be plenty of guys looking for side work right now.
