My recommendation would be see if it is super comfortable for you, because reviews say it is a bit wide, including in the heel as you seem to be finding - great for some not for others. It is made for comfort walking and on long rides -- so at the very least make sure you are getting what it is meant to do by having it comfortable. If it isn't a great fit, then trade it in for sure.
yeah im driving all the way to cycle gear today to trade em and see if a size down fits better. Width wise it didnt seem bad it seemed I i just had a little to much room.

I cant see myself on the track anytime soon either. I just commute and ride around for fun occasionally

I know. It's so expensive. I'd actually consider skipping it, but I want my license when I'm sixteen and a half and want discounted insurance

You never know if I'll learn something new.

they are a little more then I wanted to spend but I liked them, and the best thing is was that they fit. I talked to the lady there for like an hour and we decided on those. I had a hard time getting someone to talk to but once I got ahold of someone she was super helpful.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The MSF discount is really useful. I have a regular discount for my car for being a safe driver and even it helps. Every little bit can add up.

nothing. I doubt ill ride in the rain. The other ones i figured I would just be keeping the cold out better, but I read these ones get hot in the summer so i figure they will be alright in the winter

not as much ankle support as some of the other ones I wanted but there is more then the other ones I originally had. So Im happy with em so far. but we will see when I get on the bike and ride with em. they run crazy big. they fit pretty good and they are a 6.5 I wear an 8 in normal shoes!

pics

Exactly

and your boots look good! The white version are definitely what they used in Star Wars for the clone troopers.

Ask them if they've seen an amputee patient.

Remember you wear boots for your own safety. Forget the haters.
