its rated at 118db, so you can scare some cagers.  the kit is new, comes with two horns and a relay. $55 shipped.

I have a set of these on my car, damn loud.

may the user, strike fear into the hearts of negligent drivers, with the howl of a thousand banshees. may a cager's loss of hearing and ringing ears be a constant reminder of the road crimes they commit.
oh, and the horns are sold.
