One company in particular who’s recently focused more attention on the small-bike category is Targa, a long-standing accessory manufacturer who just released a pair of fender eliminator kits for the Honda CBR250R. The kits’ release couldn’t have come at a more convenient time, given that the CBR we featured in this year’s lightweight sportbike comparison test (“Big Fun, Little Packages,� April ’13) had found a long-term parking spot in the Sport Rider garage and was in need of some attention.
