pre gen 15t sprocket on 08+ ninja?
"OH NO its the 15t topic again"
Got a little question before i order. I can save like 40$ if the old sprocket works, where i live the shipping cost is very high for the "JT Sprockets JTF1539.15" for some reason. As far as i know, the only difference between old and new is 2 small holes on the sprocket, which the old one used for extra security. So wouldn't this one work as well: Ninja 06-07 sprocket grats. |

It's about 2mm thinner on one side. You can order and add a washer or two for exact alignment, but most people are OK using it without a shim/washer. There's one with all the little tabs that fits on the shaft in the Ninjette's parts fiche.
